AperionDx Privacy Policy

We collect information in three ways:

A. You provide it to us

• Contact details (name, email, phone, company/organization, role/title)
• Messages and form submissions (e.g., inquiries, support requests)
• Marketing preferences (newsletter opt-in/out)

B. Collected automatically

• Device and usage data (IP address, browser type, OS, pages viewed, time on page, referring/exit pages)
• Cookie, pixel, and similar identifiers (see Cookies & Similar Technologies below)

C. From third parties

• Business contact enrichment or referral partners
• Analytics, advertising, CRM, and email service providers
• Public/professional sources (e.g., published research profiles)

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information via the Site.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide the required opt-outs.

We are a U.S. company. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

• Delete personal information (with certain exceptions)
• Correct inaccurate information
• Opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell/share as defined)
• Limit use/disclosure of sensitive personal information (we do not collect via the Site)
